Introduction
At Providence Hospital, I led the transition from a legacy digital experience to the NextGen design system, owning the creation of scalable design patterns and reusable components across the platform and its sister organization, Providence Swedish Cancer Institute.
I partnered closely with product, engineering, and content teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into clear, intuitive user flows that improved consistency, conversion, and retention. I also spearheaded the redesign of the Find a Doctor experience, defining search and filtering patterns and appointment scheduling components that enabled users to quickly discover providers and book care with minimal friction.
